Timber frame houses
The walls of timber frame houses stand on vertical posts and horizontal beams. Timber frame is insulated and closed. Various ways can be used for building timber frame houses – most common are prefab homes and modular homes.

Modular buildings and modular houses are sectional prefabricated buildings or houses that consist of multiple modules or sections which are manufactured in a remote location and then delivered to their intended site of use. Prefabricated modules are quickly assembled into a building using either a crane and/or trucks. Use of prefabricated modules allows us to design and manufacture variety of types of buildings, from classical to ultramodern as private houses, apartment houses, commercial buildings etc. We provide technical solutions to all building ideas. Our timber frame house modules are unique – we design and manufacture sections for each building individually. Our system allows building modules to be manufactured in a variety of sizes and forms.

Our timber frame house modules are delivered with fitted windows. On average the assembly time of structural elements of any buildings does not take more than 3 to 5 days, and as our modules are delivered fitted, it means that in 3-5 days you will have a fully weatherproof construction. Using our modules reduces construction time of timber frame houses!
